4cmc artifact with a conditional end-step trigger. If your life total exceeds starting total (20 in Brawl), draw a card; otherwise, gain 2 life and scry 1. Signature in lifegain payoff and control decks that can naturally spike life total. Slow setup makes it anti-aggro/burn (slots wasted on defense). The tension between the draw payoff and the lifegain fallback makes it awkward in pure card-draw shells but strong in dedicated lifegain strategies.
