3cmc sorcery: target opponent sacrifices a creature (edict), and you make a 0/1 Wizard token that pings each opponent whenever you cast noncreature spells. Dual-mode edict + spellslinger payoff. Signature in control/midrange shells that run instants/sorceries to trigger the token; fringe support in spellslinger-focused builds. Main liabilities: sorcery-speed edict is slow, token is fragile 0-toughness, and the ping engine requires consistent noncreature spell density to function. Gives opp a sacrifice choice (less efficient than unconditional removal). Wizard type synergy is minimal in current meta."
