Conditional single-card draw on a vanilla-statted body is underwhelming; the effect is too weak to be a signature inclusion anywhere except light artifact-matters shells where any artifact (including Sol Ring/Arcane Signet) satisfies the condition. Competes with far more impactful 4-drops in any serious list.
