Rationale
Kirol is a 2/3 for RW that becomes prepared (enabling a sorcery-speed copy of Pack a Punch: mill 1, put two +1/+1 counters on a creature and grant trample) whenever one or more cards leave your graveyard. The prepare trigger is solid in self-mill or graveyard-cycling shells (escape, flashback, unearth, reanimator) but dead in decks that don't interact with the graveyard. Pack a Punch is a reasonable counters-voltron payoff but its sorcery speed and the need to re-trigger the graveyard departure each time cap the ceiling.
Learnings (3)
Kirol's prepare trigger fires on ANY cards leaving your graveyard — this includes escape costs, flashback casts, unearth activations, or opponents exiling your graveyard — making it easier to re-prepare than it first appears in graveyard-active metas.

Pack a Punch mills BEFORE placing counters, meaning Kirol can immediately re-prepare itself on the same turn if the milled card triggers another graveyard-leave effect (e.g. escape, dredge), enabling rapid looping in dedicated self-mill shells.

Because the spell copy is sorcery-speed and costs {1}{R}{W} each time, Kirol is mana-intensive to loop repeatedly; budget at least 3 mana per Pack a Punch copy plus whatever it takes to re-trigger the graveyard departure.
