Rationale
Oko, the Ringleader is a 4-mana G/U planeswalker that becomes a hexproof creature copy at combat, generates card draw (conditional on "crime" for net-neutral vs. two-card discard), creates 3/3 Elk tokens at -1, and has a powerful -5 that copies all other nonland permanents. The -5 is a signature combo/tokens-go-wide enabler, while the +1 pairs with theft/discard/opponent-targeting crime effects for true card advantage; the combat transform makes him a proactive hexproof threat. He is a removal magnet at 4 loyalty, needs creatures on board to get value from the transform, and his +1 is actively poor without crime setup.
Learnings (3)
Oko's +1 only nets card advantage if you've committed a 'crime' (targeted an opponent or their permanents/spells) the same turn — without a crime, it's a zero-net-card loot, making him pair best with instant-speed interaction or steal effects.
tagging · claude-sonnet-4-6
The -5 copies ALL other nonland permanents simultaneously, which can duplicate mana rocks, other planeswalkers, and ETB creatures — in an artifact-heavy or token-heavy board it can be an instant-win setup without being a formal infinite combo.

The combat-phase transform gives Oko pseudo-evasion and a body without spending loyalty, but he reverts at end of turn — enchantments or equipment attached to the copied creature do NOT transfer, making him weak in aura/equipment-voltron contexts.
