Rationale

4cmc enchantment that generates a random haste Human token each upkeep — a 3/1 trample/haste Warrior, 2/1 lifelink/haste Cleric, or 1/2 haste/ping Rogue. Excellent repeatable token engine in Boros tokens/aristocrats and human-tribal shells; the randomness prevents fine-tuned synergy exploitation but all three modes provide immediate board impact via haste. Too slow and random for combo or control; aggro wants consistent proactive plays not a 4-mana enchantment that pays off next upkeep.

Learnings (3)

  • All three token modes have haste, meaning every token generated can attack or use activated abilities immediately — this is the key tempo upside that keeps all three modes relevant even when the random mode isn't ideal.

  • The 1/2 Rogue mode's ETB ping deals 1 damage to 'any target,' meaning it can hit planeswalkers or players directly, giving it reach utility beyond combat.

  • In human-tribal or multitype-lord shells (e.g., Thalia's Lieutenant, Champion of the Parish), all three token subtypes trigger human synergies simultaneously, making the randomness less relevant than it appears.
