Rona is a 3cmc Dimir legendary 2/2 that exiles a historic card from the graveyard on ETB and lets you cast exiled cards. She acts as graveyard recursion and a value engine primarily in artifact-matters, legendary-matters, and saga-matters shells where historic density is highest. The {4}{T} activated ability provides incremental library exile as an additional mana sink for casting off-the-top historic cards. She's a solid role-player but requires the right graveyard fuel to shine — removal-magnet once opponents see the exile-cast engine.
