Rationale
Tam is a 4/3 legendary Gorgon Wizard for {2}{G}{U} that becomes prepared on each landfall trigger, letting you cast a copy of Deep Sight ({G}{U}: draw a card, gain 1 life) once per land that enters. In a lands-matter or high-land-count shell this is a repeatable, on-rate card-advantage engine — every land drop after turn 4 draws a card and gains a life at {G}{U}. The ceiling scales with how many lands you play per turn (fetch lands, extra land drops, landfall synergies), making it signature in landfall/lands-matter but just a decent value body elsewhere.
Learnings (3)
Tam's prepared trigger fires on EVERY land that enters under your control, so multiple land drops per turn (via Exploration, fetch lands, etc.) can generate multiple {G}{U} draw-a-card triggers in a single turn.

Deep Sight's {G}{U} cost is paid fresh each time from Tam's prepared state, meaning extra land drops let you spend significant mana on card draw but require open mana at sorcery speed — sequencing matters.
tagging · claude-sonnet-4-6
Because Deep Sight is never in your deck (prepare layout), any graveyard recursion or tutoring for Deep Sight is irrelevant; you must re-prepare Tam via landfall to access it again.
