2cmc instant that looks at top 2 and keeps one (selective draw). With Casualty 1, sacrifice a creature to copy the spell, effectively seeing top 4 and keeping 2. Signature in aristocrats/sacrifice shells where the cost is negligible, and a fine cantrip in spellslinger. Competitive ceiling is limited because without Casualty it's a modest Anticipate variant, and with Casualty it costs a creature for what is still just card selection, not raw card advantage.
