Annie Flash is a 6cmc 4/5 flash legendary that returns a permanent with MV 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield when cast, and provides top-2 impulse draw whenever she becomes tapped. The ETB reanimation is cast-only (no flicker abuse), but the tap trigger (from attacking or effects) provides ongoing card advantage, making her a midrange value engine in Naya toolbox and reanimator shells. The 3-pip multicolor cost is a real deckbuilding constraint.

• The ETB reanimation only triggers 'if you cast it,' meaning flickering Annie Flash (e.g. with Conjurer's Closet) will NOT replay the reanimation — only the tap-draw trigger repeats.
