Rationale
Arwen enters as a 2/2 with an indestructible counter — immediately sticky and hard to answer. Her activated ability transfers the indestructible counter to another creature while distributing +1/+1 and lifelink counters to both, making her a self-growing counters engine with combat protection upside. Signature in counters-voltron and plus-one-counters shells; also excellent in lifegain decks that want permanent lifelink counters rather than temporary effects. She grows each activation cycle and becomes a removal-magnet once opponents see the engine coming online.
