Both abilities drive lands-matter shells: dynamic creature threat scaling with board development, and creature-to-land conversion enables landfall triggers and mana denial defenses. Signature in ramp-big-mana and combo (infinite mana + creature outlet). Removal-magnet: must-answer threat that scales. Slow-setup requires land density to function.
