Rationale
Door of Destinies is a 4cmc artifact that grows via charge counters each time you cast a creature of the chosen type, then pumps all creatures of that type by +1/+1 per counter. It's a signature tribal payoff and anthem in dedicated tribal go-wide decks, but requires a high density of tribal spells to matter (slow-setup), is a must-answer removal magnet once it accumulates counters, and is blank outside a heavy tribal shell. Anti-voltron (single creature gains nothing if not the chosen type), anti-control (wrong gameplan), and anti-combo (doesn't advance a combo plan).
Learnings (3)
Door of Destinies only triggers on CAST, so creatures that enter via reanimation, flicker, or token creation do not add charge counters — this significantly reduces its power in non-cast-heavy tribal builds.

Because the anthem scales cumulatively with each cast (not each creature on board), low-to-the-ground tribal aggro that casts many cheap spells per turn ramps up the bonus faster than big-creature tribal decks.

Door of Destinies enters as an empty counter — it provides zero bonus the turn it resolves and requires several tribal casts before it meaningfully outpaces a static +1/+1 lord, making it a poor top-deck in the late game.
