Rationale
A 4-chapter green Saga: I fetches a basic land to hand (ramp-spell / tutor-land), II grants a landfall trigger that mints 1/1 Elf tokens for each land that enters while active, and III+IV pump all your Elves (+1/+0, vigilance). Signature in lands-matter (landfall ETB synergy) and tokens-go-wide (Elf token swarm), and especially strong where these overlap (Elf tribal + lands). Too slow for aggro or combo; the 4-turn window means opponents see it coming. Sagas are enchantments and dodge creature removal, giving it above-average resilience for the effect size.
Learnings (3)
Chapters III and IV are identical pump effects — the Saga activates both on separate upkeeps, so you get two consecutive turns of +1/+0 and vigilance on your Elf tokens, which can be relevant for combat math and protecting attackers.

Chapter II's landfall trigger is active for two draw-step advances (the turn II resolves through the turn III fires), so any land drops made during that window — including fetch lands or ramp spells cast off Chapter I — all generate Elf tokens.

The landfall window on Chapter II does NOT capture the basic land fetched by Chapter I to hand, since that land enters the hand and must be played on a subsequent turn — but it does synergize if you have additional land-play effects like Azusa or Oracle of Mul Daya.
