Rationale
Eutropia is a 3cmc Simic legendary whose constellation trigger puts a +1/+1 counter on any target creature and grants it flying until end of turn. She is the defining commander for Simic aura-voltron and enchantment-matters builds, turning every enchantment entry into a pump-plus-evasion burst; her ceiling is enormous in a dedicated shell but she needs enchantment density to function.
Learnings (3)
Eutropia's flying grant targets ANY creature, not just herself — this enables explosive combat tricks on the same turn multiple enchantments enter, and works well even in creature-heavy shells as long as enchantment count is high.

Because the trigger fires on any enchantment entering (not just auras attaching to a creature), artifact-enchantments like Sagas and enchantment lands also proc her, making shell diversity wider than a pure aura-voltron read suggests.

As a constellation commander, Eutropia synergizes heavily with enchantments that make enchantment tokens (like Eidolon of Blossoms or Setessan Champion) creating a draw-and-pump loop that can take over a game without combat damage.
