Rationale
Jace Reawakened is a 2-mana legendary planeswalker with two +1 abilities (loot or plot a low-MV spell for free casting later) and a game-ending -6 that copies every spell you cast for a turn. The built-in turn restriction (can't be cast turns 1-3) makes it intrinsically a midgame piece, but at 2 mana it arrives loaded with loyalty; signature in spellslinger and combo shells where the plot ability sets up free spell chains. In Brawl's 1v1 context it's especially potent since the -6 is easier to protect, and 2-mana planeswalkers are premium threats at 25 life.
Learnings (3)
The 'first, second, or third turns' restriction counts YOUR turns, not total turns — in Commander you can't cast it until your 4th turn, making the 2-mana cost slightly deceptive; it almost always enters at 4+ mana stages of the game.

The Plot +1 exiles a card from your hand and marks it as plotted — you can then cast it for free on a future turn without paying its mana cost, which means Jace can effectively bank a free spell (up to MV 3) each turn he's active, functioning as a combo setup engine.

Jace's -6 copies EVERY spell you cast that turn, not just the next one — in a spellslinger or storm-light shell with multiple cheap spells in hand, this can generate a lethal burst of value or damage from a single activation.
