Rationale

6cmc legendary elemental bear with vigilance and reach; power/toughness equal to lands controlled. ETB mills four, then returns all lands from graveyard tapped. Signature in ramp-big-mana and lands-matter shells where it doubles as both a scaling threat and a landfetch engine. Graveyard-matters payoff (reanimates milled lands). High-cost, slow setup make it anti-tempo/anti-aggro; removal-magnet as a must-answer threat once lands are online.
