Rationale
2cmc Aura that animates any artifact or non-Aura enchantment into a 5/5 Construct creature while retaining its original types and abilities — essentially a free 5/5 body stapled onto a mana rock, stax piece, or enchantment engine. The graveyard recursion for {4}{G} makes it resilient and reusable, giving it strong staying power. Signature in enchantment-matters and aura-voltron shells where it turns passive permanents into threats; also shines in artifact-matters builds that can leverage the Construct typing.
Learnings (3)
Puppet Crafting targets non-Aura enchantments, meaning it cannot enchant Auras already on the battlefield — this is a key restriction in Aura-heavy builds where you might want to stack Auras on Auras.

Animating an artifact or enchantment with Puppet Crafting does NOT remove its original subtypes or abilities — a Sol Ring enchanted by Puppet Crafting is still a Sol Ring that taps for {2}, AND is a 5/5 Construct creature, creating a dual-use permanent.

The {4}{G} graveyard recursion is a meaningful upgrade over typical Auras: in Commander, a single Wrath that kills the enchanted creature can be outpaced as Puppet Crafting reattaches to a new permanent without spending a card.
