Rationale
Sanar is a 2-cmc 0/4 Izzet legendary Goblin Sorcerer with a "Prepared" keyword and a linked sorcery back face (Wild Idea at {3}{U}{R}), tying Treasure generation and spellslinger payoffs together. The front face's 0/4 body survives most pings and the adventure-like pairing of a cheap legendary with a bigger spell makes it a signature piece in Izzet spellslinger and Treasure shells. The dual-face nature doubles as a combo-piece enabler in blink or flicker setups that reset the legend.
Learnings (3)
Sanar's 'Prepared' keyword is a new mechanic from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that functions similarly to an adventure — the creature and the associated sorcery (Wild Idea) are linked, meaning you can cast Wild Idea from exile after casting Sanar.

The 0/4 body is deceptively resilient as a blocker for a 2-mana commander, surviving Lightning Bolt and most early aggro, making it easier to keep on board long enough to cast Wild Idea.

Because Wild Idea costs {3}{U}{R} and is cast from exile, it is not subject to commander tax, which means recasting the front face only increases the creature cost — Wild Idea always costs the same.
