Rationale

Satoru is a 2cmc 2/3 menace Ninja Rogue that draws a card whenever he and/or nontoken creatures enter without being cast or without mana being spent on them — rewarding reanimation, free-cast, flicker/blink, and ninjutsu effects. His low cost and efficient body make him a premier draw engine commander or 99 piece in Dimir reanimator, blink, and ninja typal shells where creatures frequently enter "for free."
