Slickshot Show-Off

Slickshot Show-Off is a 2cmc flying haste Bird Wizard that grows +2/+0 for each noncreature spell cast, making it a defining spellslinger threat in aggressive red decks. Its Plot ability lets it be deployed for free on a later turn, giving it deceptive flexibility and storm/prowess combo potential. In Commander it's a solid spellslinger body but 1/2 base stats limit its ceiling in a 40-life multiplayer context; it shines more in 1v1 Brawl where the 25-life clock and burst damage from spell chains are more impactful.

• Plot on Slickshot Show-Off functions like a 'free cast' setup — pay {1}{R} early, then cast it for free later, effectively granting you a free 2-drop on a subsequent turn that can immediately swing with haste.
