Rationale
Traxos is a 4-mana 7/7 trample that enters tapped and only untaps when you cast a historic spell (artifact, legendary, or saga), making it heavily build-around but a massive threat in the right shell. It's most at home as a voltron commander or in artifact-matters/legendary-matters decks where historic spells flow freely. In 1v1 Brawl its massive stat line is more impactful at 25 life, but it's a trap in controlling or combo strategies that don't support a historic density.
Learnings (3)
Traxos permanently can't untap on its own — it requires a historic spell each turn cycle to be usable as an attacker, making it far weaker in historic-light builds despite its stat line.

In Brawl or Commander, equipping Traxos with haste-granting equipment (Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots) bypasses the enters-tapped drawback for the first attack but still requires historic triggers for subsequent turns.

Traxos counts as both a legendary and an artifact, so it can trigger historic-matters payoffs, but casting Traxos itself does NOT untap Traxos (it enters tapped and the historic trigger from casting it resolves before you could untap it anyway).
