ETB mills opp's top half, then enters with +1/+1 counters equal to max mana value in exile, gaining annihilator X (opp sacs X permanents each turn). Signature top-end threat in colorless ramp-big-mana and graveyard-synergy shells (reanimator cares about exile-zone setup). Tier-2 finisher: requires 10 mana and opp's graveyard seeding; vulnerable to early removal after investment. Pip-heavy technically false (colorless), but slow-setup and requires-graveyard-density are real costs.
