Rationale
Urabrask is a 4cmc spellslinger threat that pings an opponent (and ramps with {R}) on every instant/sorcery, then transforms into The Great Work Saga after casting 3+ spells in a turn — dealing 3 to opponent+their board (Chapter I), generating 3 Treasures (II), and enabling graveyard casting of instants/sorceries from ANY graveyard (III) before looping back to front face. The full loop is a signature engine in storm/spellslinger combo shells where casting multiple spells per turn is trivial; Chapter III's graveyard access can enable lethal burst turns or combo loops in cEDH-adjacent and optimized decks.
Learnings (3)
The transform activation requires casting THREE or more instants/sorceries in ONE turn as a sorcery-speed ability, meaning Urabrask must survive until your second main phase after your third spell — a meaningful sequencing constraint that punishes reactive opponents with removal.

Chapter III of The Great Work lets you cast instant and sorcery spells from ANY graveyard (including opponents'), which can be exploited to reuse powerful removal or combo pieces discarded or countered earlier — this is not limited to your own graveyard.

After Chapter III resolves, the Saga exiles itself and returns as Urabrask front face up, resetting the whole cycle — in a storm/spellslinger shell, a single turn can transform Urabrask, go through all three chapters rapidly via lore counters, and loop back for repeated ping-and-ramp value.
