Urza, Prince of Kroog is a 4cmc legendary Azorius artificer that grants a static +2/+2 anthem to all artifact creatures and can copy any artifact you control for {6} as a 1/1 Soldier. The anthem is powerful in artifact-creature-dense decks (Esper/Azorius artifacts), but the copy ability is extremely mana-intensive and best-case reproduces a high-value artifact like a Myr or Wurmcoil Engine. Signature in artifact-matters and token/artifact-go-wide; dead weight without artifact creature density.
