Eriette is a 4/4 lifelink commander who steals opponent permanents by attaching Auras to them — the Aura's mana value must be ≥ the target's MV, creating a strategic constraint around aura curve. She's a signature build-around for enchantment-based control and aura-voltron shells that redirect auras onto opponents (e.g., Unholy Indenture, Convincing Mirage) rather than buffing your own creature, which actively conflicts with equipment-voltron and go-wide strategies that don't care about enchanting opponents.

• Eriette's theft triggers when an Aura you control attaches to an opponent's permanent — this includes auras that were already on YOUR permanents but get moved (e.g., via Enchantment Alteration or similar). You can steal your own commander's aura buff onto an opponent's threat.
