Rationale
5cmc 4/4 first strike legendary that draws a card and can deploy a free small creature whenever a creature attacks alone — incentivizing voltron-style solo attacks. The card draw + free ETB is strong in 1v1 Brawl where attacking alone is feasible, but in multiplayer the "attacks alone" condition is harder to leverage and the deployed creature entering tapped and attacking is most relevant on a mostly open board. Tokens-go-wide actively conflicts because the deck wants to swing en masse, negating the trigger; stax-prison likewise avoids attacking.
Learnings (3)
The 'attacks alone' trigger rewards piloting Nick Fury as a Voltron commander stacked with equipment/auras — sending him in solo every turn generates a card and a free ≤3MV creature that immediately swings for extra damage with indestructible protection.

The deployed creature enters tapped and attacking, meaning it deals combat damage but cannot be targeted by combat tricks that require untapped creatures; its indestructible is only until end of turn so it can be removed after combat.

In multiplayer Commander the 'attacks alone' condition is frequently blocked by politics (attacking into multiple opponents), making Nick Fury much stronger as a Brawl commander than a 99-card EDH general.
