Rationale
Roaming Throne is a 4cmc colorless artifact creature that doubles all triggered abilities of creatures you control of a chosen type — effectively a universal tribal trigger-doubler. It is a signature piece in any typal Commander deck with heavily triggered creatures (ETB, attack, death, etc.), and it applies across all tribes making it maximally flexible. Ward {2} gives it meaningful protection, raising its removal-magnet profile given how game-warping it can be in the right shell.
Learnings (3)
Roaming Throne doubles ALL triggered abilities of creatures of the chosen type — not just ETB triggers — so it also doubles attack triggers, death triggers, and end-step triggers, making it uniquely powerful in trigger-heavy tribal shells.

Because Roaming Throne itself becomes the chosen creature type, it can copy its own triggered abilities in conjunction with future Thrones or similar effects, and it counts toward your tribe density immediately after resolution.

In commander, pairing Roaming Throne with a commander that has a strong triggered ability and shares the chosen type can create a near-instant two-card engine; for example, choosing 'Wizard' with a Wizard commander that triggers on cast or attack doubles those triggers every turn.
