Rationale
A 3cmc 2/3 that pings all opponents for 1 whenever another creature or artifact ETBs; best in artifact-flood or token-go-wide shells that generate many triggers per turn. The warp mechanic lets it be cast for {R}, exiled at end step, and recast later for tempo and repeated ETB loops. In multiplayer Commander the drain scales with opponent count, but 1 damage per trigger is modest without a high-volume engine, making it fringe outside its signature shells.
Learnings (3)
Weftstalker Ardent's warp ability lets it re-enter the battlefield repeatedly, but each re-cast itself does not trigger the ping — only OTHER creatures or artifacts entering do, so warp alone does not generate a free ping on return.

In artifact-heavy decks (e.g. Breya, Krark-Clan Ironworks-style), a single board state with many token-producing artifacts can fire this multiple times per turn, making it comparable to Purphoros, God of the Forge in those shells despite the much lower cost.

The warp cost of {R} makes this castable very early as a tempo play, but the exile-at-end-step clause means it only contributes if other permanents are entering that same turn.
