2cmc instant — destroy target creature or planeswalker; its controller creates a Clue token. Premier white catch-all removal hitting both creatures and PWs at instant speed. Downside (gives-opp-permanent) is real but less punishing than Generous Gift's token, and Clue's card advantage is delayed. Signature in control/midrange/death-and-taxes. Off-curve or worse in fast aggro/burn/tempo.
